One Piece: 8 Important Characters in the Final Saga!

 

Some time ago, Eiichiro Oda announced to all fans of the One Piece series that the story of the series had begun to enter the final Saga. However, for now, the story itself will still focus on the Wano arc. There is still no definite information when the arc will end. Even so, Oda himself gave a hint about this.

Based on the information, the last Saga itself will start from chapter 1054 which will be released in July. Oda Sensei himself is currently on hiatus for a month, in order to prepare the final story of the One Piece series. With the story coming to an end, it is possible that several characters will have important roles in the final Saga later.

Shanks

Shanks is one of the most mysterious characters in the One Piece story. Although Shanks has appeared since the beginning of the series, but until now there is not much information about his strength and character that we can know. Based on how Shanks was able to withstand Sakazuki's attack with ease, we can assume that his strength is extremely powerful.

Shanks has a great and deep connection with Luffy, even he who inspired Luffy to become a pirate. Maybe, Oda deliberately saved Shanks at the end of the story because he became one of the influential figures in the story. Will Shanks reveal the world's big secret to Luffy? Gorosei

The Gorosei are the highest leaders in the World Government, one level below Im. Just like Shanks, Oda Sensei has shown us what Gorosei looks like and looks like. Monkey Dragon is the most wanted criminal in the whole world. The World Government considers Dragon as the biggest threat. There is still no information about what made Dragon a big villain, and why the World Government considers Dragon a very dangerous threat. And so far the fans don't know anything about him.

Perhaps, this will change in the last Saga because it could be that Dragon and the Revolutionary Army will have an important role at the end of the series. Maybe we will start to see how the Revolutionary Army is in action, as well as the figure of Dragon. In this last Saga we may find the answer to why Dragon is the target of the World Government.

Sakazuki and the Navy

Currently Sakazuki alias Akainu has been promoted by serving as a Fleet Admiral at the naval headquarters, after he won the duel against Aokiji. After getting this power, Sakazuki immediately brought about big changes. One of the changes that have appeared in the story so far is the relocation of a naval base close to the Red Line.

After finding out what happened in Wano, Sakazuki would certainly do something. However, we still don't know what they will do to respond to the situation. On the other hand, Sakazuki was the one who had killed Ace. This means that Luffy will definitely hold a grudge against Sakazuki. Their fight is one of the battles that fans have been waiting for, and will probably happen in this last Saga.

Blackbeard

The figure of Marshall D. Teach finally became a Yonko after defeating all the remnants of the Whitebeard pirate group. He is a figure who grew and was able to gain popularity in a very fast time. In fact, he is the most powerful pirate figure in the world after Kaido's defeat. With the power of two devil fruits, it's natural for him to be a dangerous figure.

So far, we still haven't got any information about his ambitions and his future goals other than collecting lots of devil fruits. And after the time-skip, Blackbeard is rarely involved in the story. In this last Saga, Blackbeard may be more involved in the various events that occur considering he is also an important figure in the story.

Shirahoshi

Shirahoshi is the daughter of the king of the sea, the ruler of the Fish-Man Island, Neptune. Although Shirahoshi doesn't look like a threat or a major force, she is actually the embodiment of one of the ancient weapons, Poseidon. As we know, ancient weapons are weapons that can destroy the entire Grand Line.

Shirahoshi is a mermaid who has the ability to talk to Sea Kings, and other sea creatures. As revealed to Nico Robin, this was the reason why Shirahoshi had been “locked up” in Ryugu's palace and was never allowed to come out. Shirahoshi will have an important role in the future, when Luffy has managed to find One Piece.

Im

Im is the leader of the World Government as well as the highest figure in the hierarchy. As we can see in the story, even the Gorosei kneel before the figure of Im. However, on the other hand, Im is still the most mysterious figure in the One Piece series. Im only appears in a few panels and his figure is still shrouded in silhouette.

Almost no information can be known about the figure of Im, other than he is the supreme leader of the World Government. This is what then gave rise to various theories among fans. As a ruler figure in the world of One Piece, Im will certainly have a big role in this final Saga. Im sure to keep and know the big secrets of the world that we have not known. So, it's only natural that he will later become an important figure in the last Saga later.

Monkey D Luffy

Monkey D. Luffy is a very popular name right now in the world of anime and manga. All thanks to the popularity of the One Piece series, which has been running for more than 20 years. Luffy himself has a big dream, which is to become the pirate king and find One Piece. As a main protagonist in the series, it seems natural that Luffy will become an important figure for the last Saga later.

There are only a few steps left for Luffy to fulfill his dream of becoming the pirate king. Before realizing his dream, Luffy must take care of several other things.
