One Piece: Get to know the new organization that will replace the Shichibukai!

The naval forces seem to be really going to wipe out the ex-Shichibukai just like the other pirates.  This happened in a leak for the latest chapter of the series.  In one of the leaked points circulating on social media, it was revealed that the navy arrived on the Amazon island of Lilly.  The troops that Koby leads carry powerful weapons.

They apparently brought with them their latest technology in the form of Pacifista, with the latest designs and models.  This Pacifista is the result of the design and development of a navy-owned organization, the Special Science Group or what we usually know as SSG.  Then, what exactly is SSG?  What is his role at the end of this series?

Get to know SSG

SSG is the creation of Dr.  Vegapunk, the most genius figure in the One Piece story.  This group was deliberately formed to replace the Shichibukai's position as one of the greatest forces in the series.  For now, unfortunately, we don't know much about the SSG organization.

Even so, according to Fujitora and Brannew, this group has enough power to overthrow the Shichibukai.  That is, SSG is very powerful in terms of strength.  Since the first time SSG was referenced or mentioned in the story, the fans themselves were very curious about the appearance and actions of these scientists until we finally saw it in chapter 1059.

Apart from Vegapunk, there is still no information on whether there are other scientists working for SSG.  However, it is likely that apart from developing Pacifista, they are also developing various other powerful technologies.  For example, they develop technology for a variety of new naval weapons.  Or the technology they use in the oceans.

It is possible that all projects undertaken by SSG are the culmination or culmination of the results of their research and work so far.  Dr.  Vegapunk may have found a way to be able to enter the DNA of devil fruit users into the new version of Pacifista, where this will allow Pacifista to later be able to use or have devil fruit powers.

This will certainly make the World Government and the navy increasingly an unshakable force.  Based on that, it is possible that the SSG group has already collected DNA samples from the devil fruit users as well as the powerful prisoners in Impel Down.  Examples of characters whose DNA may be the source of the test are Sakazuki, Smoker, Sengoku, Magellan, Doflamingo, Kizaru, and several other names.

Future Role of SSG

Chapter 1059 is likely to be the first hint of SSG's appearance in the story, by showing the Pacifista as a result of their development.  With the One Piece story that will be finished in the next few years, it seems reasonable and natural that then SSG will also have an important role in the future.  Moreover, they are the "backbone" of naval power.

After Pacifista, of course, it will be interesting to see what other creations or development results will appear.  In addition to introducing their various developments, with Oda starting to present and introduce SSG to fans, it means that we are getting closer to revealing facts about Vegapunk's figure or appearance.

As with some characters in the story, for example Im, until now we still don't know what Vegapunk looks like.  Oda does seem to be waiting for the right moment or time to introduce the genius scientist, such as the moment to introduce Aramaki after the Wano arc.  Let's just wait for the geeks to make the physical appearance of Vegapunk in the One Piece story.
